A Message from the Owner

Welcome to Pathway Health & Support Services.

My name is James W. Woods III, RN, and I want to personally thank you for taking the time to learn more about our agency.

After more than 20 years as a Registered Nurse, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients and families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, one lesson has remained constant:

Exceptional care is never the result of one person. It is the result of a team that genuinely cares.

That belief became the foundation for Pathway Health & Support Services.

Our mission is simple:

To provide compassionate, dependable personal assistance services that help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they call home.

While I am proud of my nursing experience, I don’t believe the success of our agency should ever depend on one individual.

I believe our greatest strength will always be the caregivers who welcome clients into their homes each day with compassion, respect, and professionalism.

That is why Pathway is committed to investing in our team.

We hire caregivers for their character, integrity, and heart for serving others. From there, we provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, education, and support to help them grow in confidence, professionalism, communication, documentation, safety awareness, and the ability to recognize and report changes in a client’s condition.
