At this time, Pathway Health & Support Services provides private-pay services. We are actively working toward additional program and insurance partnerships in the future.

Service Overview

• RN Initial Assessment – $150. • In-Home Caregiver Support – starting at $32 per hour. • Overnight Care – available (sleep or awake shifts) • 24-Hour Care – customized care plans available

🛁  Personal Care Assistance

Our caregivers assist with essential daily activities that help individuals maintain dignity and comfort at home.

Services may include:

• Bathing and hygiene assistance. • Dressing and grooming • Mobility and transfer assistance. • Medication reminders. • Toileting assistance

Companion care focuses on providing emotional support, social interaction, and assistance with everyday activities.

Services may include:

• Conversation and companionship • Meal preparation. • Light housekeeping • Laundry assistance • Assistance with daily routines

🏥 Post-Hospital Recovery Support

Recovering at home after a hospital stay can be challenging. Our caregivers provide support during the recovery process to help individuals remain comfortable and safe.

Support may include:

• Assistance with mobility • Meal preparation • Medication reminders • Monitoring daily well-being • Assistance with follow-up appointments

🏠 Household Support

Maintaining a clean and organized home can make daily life safer and more comfortable.

Our caregivers can assist with:

• Light housekeeping • Laundry and linen changes • Dishwashing • Organizing living spaces

🚗 Transportation Assistance

We help individuals maintain independence by assisting with transportation needs.

Transportation services may include:

• Doctor appointments • Pharmacy visits • Grocery shopping • Errands
